The CEO of this company, M S RAJAN (M SOUNDARA RAJAN),
is a Mechanical Engineer from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai and got MBA from Annamalai University.
His native is from a small village near Thiruchendur, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu.
He had done many projects and valve erections and gained knowledge from BARC when he was in Mumbai.
He has been associated with FCRI, Palghat, Kerala and earned knowledge about Flow Elements and Safety Valves in the area of design based on international standards and testing procedures.

He started "Asian Industrial Valves and Instruments" in 1983, with a motivational start with Mrs S Sutha Rajan as Partner.

He has attended many seminars in the field of Flow and submitted many technical papers on Safety valves and Orifice plate assembly.
He has developed Flow software in association with FCRI.
He has also presented many seminars in BHEL, NPCIL, BARC, in various technical committees, etc.,
He has served in the field of Boiler Mounting and accessories for more than 40 years.
His knowledge and experience are more than 40 years which is an asset to the company.

He has also submitted a paper to the Government of India for the Interlinking of Rivers in INDIA.
The same was acknowledged by various Legends, including then President Dr Abdul Kalam.

In 2021 his son Mr S Vinod Kannan joined the company as Director.

About Director S Vinod Kannan

The Director of the Company, S Vinod Kannan, is also a Mechanical Engineer and got MBA from the UK after completing his Engineering degree in Chennai. He served in the UK for several years in the field of sales and Finance.
He is now the Director of the company. His objective is to take the company to the next level.
